Refund policy

We stand behind Nucha with a 60-day money-back guarantee. If it's not right for you, you have 60 days from the day your order arrives to return it for a full refund — even if you've used it. No restocking fees, no partial refunds.

To start a return, email storenucha@gmail.com with your order number. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the address.

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or wrong, we cover return shipping — just send a photo. If you're returning it because you changed your mind, you cover return shipping and the item should be in resalable condition.

Once we receive and check your return, we refund your original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
