Shipping policy

We ship free on all orders within the United States — no minimum. We currently ship within the U.S. only.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After that, delivery typically takes 7–14 days. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Tracking sometimes goes quiet during sorting before updating again — this is normal and your order is still moving. If tracking hasn't updated in over 7 days, email storenucha@gmail.com and we'll look into it.

Please double-check your address at checkout. If an order comes back to us due to a wrong address, we'll reship once it's corrected.
